About this notice

This notice describes browser storage, optional analytics and the handling of business inquiries on the Renvimo website. Online inquiry submission is currently unavailable; product comparisons and quotation lists can be prepared in the browser.

Information you provide

When inquiry submission is available, a quote or catalog request collects your name, company, business email and country. Quote requests also collect your buyer type, selected models, quantities and requirements. Optional information includes phone, WhatsApp, website, target market, requested documents, purchase timing, destination port and an attachment.

Please do not submit health records or other sensitive personal information. This website is intended for business procurement inquiries, not individual clinical assessment.

How inquiry information is used

Information is used to respond to your request, discuss supply requirements, send an inquiry confirmation and maintain a record for follow-up. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Cloudflare hosts this website. When inquiry submission is available, Supabase stores inquiry records, Resend delivers transactional notifications, and Cloudflare Turnstile provides form spam protection. Service providers may process information outside the country of the visitor.

Attribution, storage and analytics

The inquiry can include the source page, landing page, referring site origin, campaign parameters and an advertising click identifier. These help identify how a business inquiry reached the site. Your full referring URL is not stored.

Quote selections and cookie preferences are kept in browser local storage. First-visit attribution is kept in session storage. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose to accept analytics; inquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers and free-text messages are not sent as analytics event parameters.

Spam prevention uses a hashed network identifier and email-based rate limits. Raw network addresses are not stored in the lead record.

Your choices and requests

You can decline optional analytics or change the choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Clearing browser storage removes your local quote list and preferences.

Information about available contact channels is listed on the Contact page. Inquiry submission is currently unavailable, and the website does not accept business contact details through its forms.
